Short answer:
Both the exam slip and the Original Result Slip can be reprinted from the same JAMB portal you originally used them on. Reprinting the exam slip is free. Reprinting the result slip is usually free too — you only paid once, the first time it was generated.
Reprinting your exam slip
Log back in to the same portal you used to print it the first time, with your original registration login details. The slip will still be there for as long as the printing window for that exam cycle stays open. Print another copy on A4 paper — there’s no extra charge for reprinting.
If the printing window has closed entirely (the exam has already passed and some time has gone by), the slip may no longer be accessible. At that point it’s not really needed anymore anyway — once you’ve sat the exam, the exam slip has done its job.
Reprinting your Original Result Slip
This is the one candidates reprint most, because it’s needed repeatedly — post-UTME screening, school registration, and sometimes years later for scholarship or postgraduate applications.
- Log in to efacility.jamb.gov.ng with your registered email and password.
- Go to the result slip section on your dashboard.
- Download and print it again.
You should not be charged a second time for a slip you’ve already generated once. If the portal is asking you to pay again for the same exam year’s result slip, that’s unusual — don’t assume it’s normal and pay without checking. See the troubleshooting note below.
What to do if the portal won’t let you back in
- Forgotten password or email: Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen. If that doesn’t work because you also don’t remember which email you registered with, that’s a case for visiting a JAMB office in person with your original registration details and a valid ID — not something a third party can fix for a fee.
- Account shows no record of your result: This can mean a data-matching issue from registration, not that your result was deleted. Again, this needs an in-person visit to JAMB, not a workaround.
- Portal asks for payment to “reprint”: Double-check you’re not confusing the exam slip and result slip, since one is genuinely free and the other has a one-time fee. If you’re certain you already paid once for the result slip and it’s asking again, screenshot it and raise it directly with JAMB rather than paying a second time on assumption.
