The Short Version

We don’t ask for or store your JAMB registration number, password, or payment details anywhere on this site — those only ever go directly to JAMB’s own portals. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us through our contact form, and it’s used solely to respond to you.

Information We Collect

When You Use Our Contact Form

If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, topic, subject line, and message you provide. This is sent to our inbox by a third-party form-processing service, FormSubmit.co, which delivers the submission by email — we don’t operate our own database that stores these submissions separately.

When You Message Us on WhatsApp

If you contact us via the WhatsApp link on this site, that conversation is handled entirely within WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy — we don’t control or process that data beyond reading and replying to your message like any normal chat.

Basic Server and Hosting Data

Like virtually every website, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We don’t actively review this for individual identification, and we don’t currently run additional visitor-tracking analytics software. If that changes, this policy will be updated to disclose it.

What We Never Collect

• Your JAMB registration number, password, or e-Facility login details
• Payment card numbers or banking details
• Biometric information

Anything related to your actual JAMB registration, exam, or result happens exclusively on JAMB’s own domain (jamb.gov.ng and its subdomains) — this site only links you there.

How We Use What You Send Us

Contact form and WhatsApp messages are used only to understand and respond to your question, report, or correction. We don’t add you to a mailing list, use your details for advertising, or sell or rent your information to anyone.

Third-Party Services Involved

• FormSubmit.co — processes and forwards contact form submissions to our email inbox. It is not affiliated with JAMB Slip Printing; refer to their own privacy practices for how they handle data in transit.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us there, Meta’s privacy policy governs that platform, not this one.
• JAMB’s own portals — any information you enter directly on efacility.jamb.gov.ng or slipsprinting.jamb.gov.ng is governed by JAMB’s privacy practices, not ours.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep contact form emails only as long as needed to address your message and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up. We don’t maintain a long-term marketing database of contacts.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it. We’ll act on reasonable requests promptly — contact us using the link below.

Children’s Privacy

Many UTME candidates are under 18. This site does not knowingly seek personal information from anyone beyond what you choose to share by contacting us directly. If you’re under 18 and considering sending us personal details, we’d encourage doing so with a parent or guardian’s awareness, particularly for anything beyond a general question.

Changes to This Policy

If how we collect or handle information changes — for example, if we add analytics software or a new third-party tool — we’ll update this page and its “last reviewed” date to reflect that.
